Are you planning a trip to Italy this year? The days are sunny, the nights are cool, and the olive harvest is happening. It’s the only time of year you can see the oil being pressed and taste it while it's incredibly fresh and spicy. During your stay, we’ll guide you everyday through the culinary and wine tradition of Bolgheri and its beautiful countryside. Everything is fully included, so you can just relax and enjoy the experience from start to finish. Here’s what’s waiting for you: • Taste: Two exclusive winery visits and tastings in the Bolgheri DOC, plus wine pairings with all your meals. • Cook: Two hands-on classes in my kitchen learning fresh pasta and traditional recipes, plus a unique lunch at home with a local winemaker. • Explore: Daily excursions to medieval towns, a visit to a cheese farm, 2 lunches and 4 dinners in our favorite restaurants. All transfers are included. • Stay: 4 nights in a charming boutique B&B overlooking coastal vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea. Five breakfasts included. A special note: Arnaud will be documenting the whole trip with photos and video, so be prepared to be our "models" for 5 days! You’ll go home with beautiful memories captured for you.
