Just a short introduction: I’m Chicca, 100% Italiana, a passionate cook instructor for over 20 years and a biking enthusiast based in Tuscany, Italy.

I'd love to teach you my family's favorite gnocchi recipe during my FREE online class via Zoom on August 3. This gnocchi recipe, which I learned growing up, uses just two ingredients: flour and water—no potatoes.

I promise it's easy to make, ready in only 30 minutes, and delicious to eat!

It's a FREE & FUN interactive class, you'll learn to make gnocchi from scratch like a real Italian! Once you register, I’ll send you everything you need – a detailed recipe with an ingredient list.

Together, we'll cook gnocchi on Zoom with others passionate about Italian cuisine from around the world. I’ll guide you through each step and you can ask me questions as we go. Lots of laughter is guaranteed!
